Please bring all of your previous diagnostic imaging tests such as x-rays, MRI scans, CT scans, and any other records you may have for a more thorough and complete evaluation upon your visit with Dr. Vora. Please bring the actual copies of the images, not just the reports in order to have Dr. Vora reevaluate the studies as necessary. During your visit, you may encounter other health care professionals, residents, and medical staff who will assist Dr. Vora during your visit. If you have a condition requiring immediate attention, such as a fracture, infection, or other type of serious condition, please be sure to ask to speak with Dr. Vora’s staff or ask your primary care physician to contact Dr. Vora directly in order to facilitate a more urgent evaluation. We are glad to accommodate patients when necessary and will make every attempt to facilitate your care.
Please be certain that you have checked with your insurer and primary care physician and have attained all necessary referrals for evaluation and treatment. If your injury is work related, we specialize in such types of injuries and have a dedicated team to assure your needs are specifically addressed. Again, please notify and obtain authorization from your worker’s compensation insurer or workplace for treatment prior to your appointment in order to difficulties. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our worker’s compensation specialists or billing specialists prior to your visit.
