Dr. Vora is dedicated to continuing advancement in orthopaedic lower extremity and foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Vora continues his passion for teaching by training orthopaedic residents, rehabilitation residents, medical students, physical therapists, as well as other health care providers interested in learning more about foot and ankle surgery. You may encounter such individuals during your visits with Dr. Vora.
Dr. Vora is extremely active in research on both the local and national level. Dr. Vora has published multiple peer reviewed articles, textbook chapters, and has lectured on numerous occasions, both locally and nationally on conditions of the foot and ankle. He is currently actively involved in multiple research projects to better analyze the outcomes after foot and ankle surgery through the collection of data in a prospective fashion, the most reliable way to critically access patient’s results after surgery. Many of these studies are centered upon the use of minimally invasive or arthroscopic techniques to treat disorders of the foot and ankle, as well as other traditional procedures such as bunion correction to new and innovative techniques such as ankle replacement.

Continuing Education / Professional Activities:
Through my involvement in multiple professional societies, I have been an active contributor to research related to foot and ankle orthopaedics. My research has a practical focus and is conducted with the intention of offering patients the most advanced accepted treatments. The research with which I am involved and the organizations with which I am affiliated have provided me with the opportunity to:
- present original research and lecture at local and national meetings
- write a complete textbook chapter on foot and ankle surgery
- author numerous peer reviewed papers on foot and ankle surgery
- instruct at basic and advanced foot and ankle courses
- continue clinical research through local and multi-center studies
